With built-in driver, installation is simpler than standard dimmer switches (no additional LED driver required):
- GND (GREEN): Connect to ground wire in box
- V+ (RED): Connect to low voltage V+
- V− (WHITE): Connect to low voltage V−
- N (WHITE): Connect to 120 V Neutral
- H (BLACK): Connect to 120 V Line Hot
- Fixture does not illuminate:
- Check for incorrect wiring (polarity of Low Voltage V+ and V- may be reversed)
- Verify circuit breaker is ON and not tripped
- Ensure correct voltage pairing (12V dimmer won't power higher voltage fixtures)
- Dimming issues:
- Different fixtures not dimming in sync
- Fixture turns off at low dim level
- Fixture strobes/flickers at low dim level
- Excessive dimmer buzzing
- Fixture heats up excessively:
- Verify correct voltage pairing (don't attach 12V fixture to 24V dimmer)
